When you think about it, though, it really is a lifestyle change. Changing the way you think about food, the way you treat your body, the way you think about yourself, how you "feed" yourself physically and emotionally....it's all encompassing. We can't simply change what we are eating. We are changing the way we are living. We are changing our lives (definitely for the better).
