Still going!

Two weeks later and I am still feeling the motivation.  
I haven't been perfect, but I've been in control--which is super important for me.  One of my past weaknesses has been to throw my hands in the air and give up.  
BUT, that has NOT been the case this time around.  
Aaaand my discipline is paying off!  The scale is dropping and I have already worked myself into a pair of jeans I couldn't fit into before. 

This week: BEAR LAKE!!
It's going to be a challenge, but I'm prepared.
I've got my bars, my veggies galore, and healthy grab snacks.
I'm ready!! :)

BACK IN THE GAME!

Welp, I've had some new adventures for the past year or so and I have a new little guy that I love and adore to show for it!  :)  Pregnancy threw me for a loop.  I told myself I would work to keep my healthy habits that I had worked so hard to develop, but if I'm being honest here...I didn't do too hot in that realm.  
Life is funny.  
We have different experiences that take us in different experiences.  
We grow, we experience challenges, sometimes we fall and have to get up again.  
I'm ready to get up again! 
I know exactly what I need to do to get my butt back in gear!  SO, here I am!  Coaching is a bit on the back burner as I am focusing mostly on myself (I know, selfish, right?! hehe).  
BUT I am here and happy to help anyone who would love to learn and grow!  
We can cheer each other on!
