Chicken-wrapped Asparagus

Guys!  I did it again!  I wrote down a recipe!  Can I get a woot woot? ....
okay, sweet, now on to this glorious yumminess.

I wanted to try something different and stumbled into making this after looking for some inspiration.

4 chicken breasts, thawed, cut in half long-ways
1 bunch of asparagus
Olive oil
1/2 tsp Basil
1/4 tsp Salt
Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp Minced garlic
1/4 cup low-fat Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 375°C
Asparagus: Saute the asparagus in olive oil until bright green and set aside.
In a gallon Ziploc bag, add 2 Tbsp of Olive oil, basil, salt, pepper, and garlic.  Mix.  Add chicken and toss around until the chicken is pretty well covered in seasonings.  You can let this sit and marinade some, but I didn't and it still turned out delish.  Spray baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.  Using some fabulous coordination... wrap a few (5-7 stalks) of asparagus with two "filets" of chicken.  Pop in the oven for 25-30 min. (Bake until chicken is fully cooked) Pull out and sprinkle mozzarella cheese across chicken.  Put back in oven for additional 3-5 min for cheese to melt.  Turn on broil for 2-3 min to give the cheese the yummy golden crisp (watch it...don't get crazy and forget or you'll regret it!).  Pull it out and voila!  Done!  Delicious chicken-wrapped asparagus.  Seriously, this was a good one!  The flavors work so good with each other.
